PLC with Color Touchscreen HMI

The Vision570™ is a powerful PLC with an integral 5.7 inch color touchscreen display HMI Operator Panel. I/Os can be implemented with a module mounted on the back of the PLC and/or with DIN Rail Mount Expansion Modules equipping up to 512 I/O points.

Unitronics OPLCs utilize a single complimentary software package for both the display and PLC functions. VisiLogic™ can be downloaded directly from the Unitronics Web Site to insure you having availability of the latest Version, all Versions are backward compatible.

The 256-color touchscreen HMI enables the display of real time operation, parameter setting, color-coded operator instructions, custom alarm screens, graphical trending of recorded data, and virtually whatever other screen your application requires. The HMI can be configured with more than 1000 user designed screens incorporating up to 500 images.

The Vision570™ offers a range of embedded features such as multiple auto-tuned PID loops, drag-and-drop Ladder Programming and an internal 120K database for datalogging and recipe programming. Additional storage can be implemented with an optional plug-in SD memory card.

Communication options include TCP/IP Ethernet, GSM/SMS, MODBUS and CANopen networking with remote access for data acquisition and program download and real time control/monitoring of the Vision570™ operation.

The Vision PLC and Graphic HMI Series represent a very attractive price-performance ratio. This enables users to enjoy the advanced features of both the operator panel and the PLC while experiencing the Vision Series low budget, reduced programming time and minimum wiring.
